PAYMENT POLICY accepted methods of payment at this time:  PayPal (you may use various credit cards paying through PayPal).

SHIPPING POLICY – in stock orders ship within 2-3 business days upon receipt of order.  If your item has sold out or if there is any other problem with your order, you will be informed within 48 hours.

Orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping.  Free shipping cannot be applied towards next day or second day shipping.

Our carriers are:  USPS and UPS/order tracking:  if a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.  Please note that some orders using first class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES – the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your merchandise and your location.  Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

BACK ORDERS – If an order goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.  Back orders are subject to manufacturer shipping times.  When the item (s) become available, we will ship you the rest of your order.  You will not be charged for any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.  We will do our best to estimate when delayed orders will become available.

RETURNS – When you return an item, include the original receipt and reason information in the return package.  Customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling fees.  Items must be returned within 30 days and in unused condition.

PRIVACY POLICY – We only collect information that is related to your order.  this includes your billing address, shipping address, Email address and credit card information.  We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
